Earrings

My name is Katy, and I am a charm addict.
I can't help it - buying charms is such fun! As is opening the little packet when they arrive... and playing with them... and making earrings...

Did you know I don't even have pierced ears?
A shocking waste, but my mum won't let me!

So here are a few of my recent ones (don't tell anyone, but a new set arrived yesterday. I now have tiny cowboy boots to go with the tiny cowboy hats!!)

In other news I'm taking part in the Docraft goody bag swap this week. My swap was on the door mat this morning. It's a very exciting looking package of card making goodies, which I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to. Do you think my swap partner would like a bundle of charms?

Eye Eye!

What do we have here, then?
It's a different sort of glasses dangler - this isn't one of my glasses dangler spec chain things - this is jewellery for your eyewear!

I have quite a lot of them...

All the enamel charms are attached to adjustable rubber loops, so they should fit pretty much any size glasses.
What I don't know is whether or not they'd drive people up the wall with the dangling...

More excuses? Me...? Surely not!

Every post seems to start with an excuse for my absense!
This time I have no excuse. I've just been lazy (and busy baking cakes...)

What have I been up to this month? I've made more glasses chains than you can shake a stick at. I've made hundreds of baked goods (but you'll have to see my other blog for those), there have been many earrings... and I've finally made something out of those magnificent bead strings.

Whistle Stop Tour!

Ooops, I've been away from the blog again!

Busy doing craft fairs, commissions, dancing, actual proper work, and visiting folk with babies...!

I did manage to made a few new things this week - and I've bought some fabulous bead strings to play with next week - so here's a whistle stop tour of what's been going on... (No babies though!)

Love Heart Charm Bracelet on an elasticated base - I made this at the last craft fair.

Accursed re-positional adhesive. This does not work at all!!!

I even managed to make a loaf of bread... mmm. I miss bread.
